Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you call us, fill in a form on this website or book an appliance repair, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can ask us to stop.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wolf Help, an independent appliance repair company. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

We are not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Sub-Zero Group, Inc. or Wolf Appliance, Inc. Those brand names are used only to describe the appliances we service.

2. Information you give us

We ask for what we need to schedule and complete a repair:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code, submitted through the booking form on this site or given to our dispatcher on the phone.
  • Service address — the address where the appliance is installed, plus any access details you choose to give us (gate codes, parking, where to find the unit).
  • Appliance details — brand, model and serial number, the fault you are describing, photos you send us, and the history of the unit.
  • Job records — what we diagnosed, the parts we replaced, dates of visits, warranty status and payment records for the work.
  • Anything else you send us — messages, review text, or notes you leave in a form field.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers through the website form.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you opened, the page that referred you and the date and time. This comes from standard server logs and from the essential cookies the website platform sets to make pages and forms work. We use it to keep the site running, to spot abuse and to understand which pages people find useful — not to build a profile about you.

4. How we use your information

  • To answer your call or form submission and give you a time window for a technician.
  • To diagnose, quote and carry out the repair, including ordering parts for your model.
  • To contact you about that job — confirmations, arrival updates, follow-up on parts, and warranty questions afterwards.
  • To take payment for the work and to keep the records a repair business is required to keep.
  • To handle warranty claims and complaints.
  • To improve our service — for example by looking at which faults come up most often on which models.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

5. Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number — on the phone, on the booking form or to a technician — you agree that we may call and text you about your repair: confirming the appointment, telling you the technician is on the way, letting you know a part has arrived, and following up afterwards.

  • Message frequency varies and depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (404) 341-4201.
  • Opting out of text messages does not stop us calling you about a repair that is already booked, and it does not cancel your appointment.
  • Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of getting a repair.
  • Mobile phone numbers and consent to be contacted are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

6. Who we share information with

We share your information only where it is needed to do the job:

  • Our technicians and dispatchers — the people scheduling and performing your repair.
  • Service providers who work for us — the platform that hosts this website and our booking form and CRM, our phone and messaging provider, and our payment processor. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Parts suppliers — model and serial numbers where a part has to be ordered for your appliance. We do not send them your contact details unless a part has to ship directly to you.
  • When the law requires it — to respond to a lawful request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our technicians or the public.
  • If the business is sold — customer records may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses essential cookies set by the website platform so pages load correctly and the booking form can be submitted. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, but the booking form may not.

We also use analytics and advertising measurement tools — Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors use the site and which ads lead to calls and bookings. These tools may set their own cookies and record the pages you view, your clicks and the ad that brought you to the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or manage ad personalization in your Google account.

8. How long we keep information

Job records, invoices and warranty information are kept for as long as we may need them to honour a warranty, deal with a dispute or meet tax and accounting requirements — normally several years after the repair. Enquiries that never became a job are kept for a shorter period and then deleted. Website server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

9. Security

Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and our website and booking form are served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — please do not send full card numbers or other sensitive details through the website form.

10. Your choices and requests

  • See or correct your information — call us and we will tell you what we hold about your repairs and fix anything that is wrong.
  • Delete your information — ask us and we will delete what we are not required to keep for warranty, tax or legal reasons.
  • Stop texts — reply STOP to any message.
  • Stop calls about future work — tell our dispatcher and we will mark your record.

We handle these requests for anyone who asks, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for making one. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

11. Children

Our services are for homeowners and property managers. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other websites

Where we link to another site — for example the manufacturer’s own site — that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for how it handles your data.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will say so on this page.

14. How to contact us
