Wolf Outdoor Grills
Outdoor heat, weather and grease are hard on ignition and gas-delivery parts. We test every burner zone, name the failed part, and begin only after you approve the quote.
Coverage
Built-in and freestanding Wolf outdoor grills, side burners, sear zones and rotisserie systems. A model that is not listed is still worth a call — the failure patterns are shared across the line.

Wolf grill heads installed on carts with storage and side shelves.
Dedicated burner modules, power burners and outdoor side-burner stations.
Flat-top outdoor cooking surfaces with thermostatic gas controls.
Standard Wolf outdoor widths, including multi-zone grill heads.

What We Fix
Tell us what happens when you turn the knob. Ignition, flame shape and which zones heat normally usually point to the failed grill component before a panel comes off.
The igniter may be sparking in the wrong place, the ignition lead may be damaged, or gas is not reaching that burner through the valve and orifice.
Blocked burner ports, a damaged burner tube, incorrect air mixture or a regulator problem can all distort the flame and reduce usable heat.
A single cold zone usually means that burner, valve or ignition circuit. We test each zone separately so working components stay in place.
Infrared sear systems use their own igniter, gas path and ceramic burner. A standard burner can work perfectly while the sear zone remains dead.
The drive motor, socket or coupling can turn empty and stall once food is mounted. We test the complete drive rather than only the switch.
A tired gauge or damaged probe can make a stable grill look erratic. We compare it against a calibrated temperature reading before replacing it.
Turn the grill off and close the supply. A leaking valve, manifold connection or damaged burner needs a pressure and leak check before the grill is used again.
Outdoor heat and moisture can seize a valve stem or damage the control behind the knob. Forcing it can turn a serviceable valve into a broken one.
Tell us the model and which burner zones are affected. Most Wolf grill faults narrow down quickly from those two details.
Recent Repairs
Real outdoor grills, specific faults and model-level repair notes. These examples use the same structure we document on every service call.

After repair, every burner lit promptly and the spark stopped as soon as flame was established.

Final temperature checks showed balanced heat from edge to edge with stable blue flame.

The repaired drive completed a full loaded test without hesitation or excess noise.
Book It
Tell us the symptom on the phone — burners not lighting, uneven heat, a sear zone or rotisserie that stopped working — or leave your number and a dispatcher calls back with a time window.
